Steve Pike has served a variety of churches and districts over 30 years of pastoral ministry. His early years were spent in youth ministry roles serving several strong churches: Lighthouse Tabernacle, Lumberton, New Jersey; Evangel Temple, Jacksonville, Florida; and Calvary Church, Naperville, Illinois.

In 1989, Steve and Cherri along with their two children, Lindsy (now 28) and Jeremy (now 23) answered God’s call to the mission field of Utah. Steve and Cherri received National U.S. Missions appointment, itinerated throughout the United States and held their first service in Washington Terrace, Utah in September 1990. The Church on the Terrace was born. During the Decade of the 90’s the church grew to a family of 400+ attendees and helped to plant 5 other churches in Utah.

In 2000, the Pike’s moved to Colorado Springs where Steve served as the first Rocky Mountain District Director of Church Planting and Development from July 2000 until December 2005. During his tenure the pace of church planting in the Rocky Mountain District doubled over the pace of planting in the 90’s and the success rate rose from 67% to 85%.

In January 2006, Steve joined the U.S. Missions team as the Director of Church Planting and Development.
